My name is Sarah Batty and this is the place where I help you to live a happier life.
Being human is a tricky business – we are complex creatures often living complex lives.
Most of the time, our minds do a great job, but sometimes life can take a toll on our mental health, as our minds do their best to navigate us through the stresses and strains of it all.

Whilst these are usually short lived, or not significant enough to really bother us, its possible for any one of us to start to be bothered by them. This can especially be the case if its been going on for some time, is holding us back in our day-to-day life, or causing other problems of any kind.
The above symptoms can be experienced as mild, moderate or severe, and in some cases lead to a diagnosis from a GP or Psychiatrist. There may also be a recommendation for talking therapies or medication, or both.
